Four Steps Formula to get Glass Skin naturally at Home

Hello guys...

If you are new then welcome!!!

Do you know what is glass skin??? No... Ok, let me tell you... Glass skin is a skin that has a natural glow (without any oil) with small-sized and less number of pores. If you don't have this kind of skin then don't worry because you can get such type of skin. You don't need to spend thousands of bucks in a saloon or on beauty products. You can get glass skin naturally even at your home. Yes, you read it right... In this article, I will be going to tell you four steps for the perfect poreless and glowing skin (glass skin). Make sure you have to follow these steps consistently before going to bed. So,,, let's get started...

Step 1 - Oil Massage: Massage your face daily with coconut oil. Coconut oil is enriched with vitamin E and has antioxidant and antifungal properties which give your skin a natural boost. Mix two to three drops of any essential oil ( argan or jojoba oil) in coconut oil. I recommend you to use Argan essential oil as argan oil is enriched with vitamin E and fatty acids which are good for the skin and make your skin soft and smooth. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help to give you relief from skin problem. Take a few drops of this oil mixture and massage your face and even neck with it in the upward direction for 2 to 3 minutes. You can buy argan and jojoba oil here πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡:

Pro Tip: If you have a pimple prone skin then you can add tea tree oil instead of argan oil and it is mandatory to do a patch test before using any essential oil

Step 2 - Wash Your Face: After massaging your face with oil then you have to wash the face with a mild face wash. You have to clean extra oil form your face and neck with the help of a cotton pad before applying face wash. This step removes all the residues of oil, dirt and pollution and known as the double cleansing process.

Pro Tip: Make sure you use paraben and sulfate free face wash because these two ingredients damage the skin texture.

Step 3 - Ice Facial: Ice facial is very beneficial for minimizing open pores and helps to get smooth and glowing skin as well. There are two methods of ice facial--

  1. Take some ice cubes and massage your face and neck with ice for maximum five minutes.
  2. Take ice water and wash your face with this water. Make sure the water is super chilled. This method is less time-consuming.
Pro Tip: I recommend you to use the first method for better results because washing your face with chilled water daily may pay a bad impact on your eyes.

Step 4 - Moisturizing: The final step to get glass skin is to moisturize your skin with a good and cruelty-free moisturizer. Apply any moisturizer on your face and massage it for two minutes and leave it on your skin overnight. You can either use any drug store moisturizer(purchased one) or can make it at home with only two ingredients. To make moisturizer at home, you will need...

  • Aloe vera gel
  • Vitamin E capsule or oil
The procedure to make moisturizer is very simple and easy. Take two tablespoons of aloe vera gel and one vitamin E capsule ( or 3 - 4drops of vitamin E oil). Mix both of these. You can store this mixture for up to 15 days.

Pro Tip: Ratio of aloe vera gel and vitamin E capsule should be 2:1 that means if you are taking four tablespoons of aloe vera gel then you have to take two vitamin E capsules.

These are the simple and easy steps to get that glass skin at home. Make sure you use all the four steps regularly on a daily basis otherwise you can not get the desired result.
