Are you starving yourself to lose weight? Do you think that the fat once went have come to you back if you start to eat full again? Then I recommend you - don't starve yourself by thinking about these shitty things. Food does not make us fat if eaten correctly. Food is the fuel to our body and our body doesn't function properly in an empty stomach.
Don't afraid to eat because of getting fat. Eat what you want to eat but in the correct way. Here, I am going to list 20 ways that can help you to lose weight without being hungry and believe me, you don't gain weight if you follow these tips.

1. Don't Skip Breakfast:

Some people think that skipping breakfast they can easily reduce their weight but it is a totally wrong assumption. By skipping breakfast you are taking away your body from those nutrients that are essential for the proper functioning of the body. Instead of skipping it, you have to take breakfast with lean protein and diet friendly whole grains. Protein takes a longer time to digest which helps your appetite to feel full for a longer period of time. On the other hand, whole grains contain fiber and carbs which help your body to maintain a steady blood sugar so you don't get the craving for sugar.

2. Drink Plenty Of Water:

Water is an important part of all body functions. It helps in digestion and elimination. It is a zero calorie drink that makes your tummy full with no calorie. Try to drink at least 2 liters of water daily if you want to reduce your weight. Water keeps you full and you don't feel a craving. Sometimes, you feel like a desire for food but actually, it is just the sign of dehydration and when you drink water you feel full. So make it your habit to drink 8 glasses of water daily. If you drink one glass of water before any meal then there are more chances that you eat less because water makes your appetite feel full. Also, try to drink two glass of warm water in the empty stomach because this is very helpful in reducing weight. 

3. Take high protein food:

Here protein means a lean protein. Protein makes you feel full for a longer time and you eat less. you should include protein in every meal. Protein is found in (low fat) yogurt, nuts, peanut butter, eggs, beans or lean meat. You can include all these in your diet. Now the question arises how much should your daily protein intake? So, you should take protein as per your weight. If your weight is 60 kg then your daily protein intake should be 60 gm. It's so simple...

I am talking about refined sugar here. Refined sugar has no nutritional value. Avoid sugar because it is a devil. By eating refined sugar you get fat on your hips, thigh, and stomach region. Sugar does not only makes you fat but it is also a door to many diseases like yeast overgrowth, weakened immune system, attention deficit disorder, increase of uric acid in the blood and many more. You can substitute natural and healthier alternatives for refined sugar. You can use honey, jaggery and brown sugar instead of refined sugar.

5. Eat Soluble Fiber:

Fiber can be divided into two types - Insoluble fiber and Soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber does not mix with water. It acts as a bulking agent to form stool and pass it through the guts. On the other hand, soluble fiber mix with water. The main function of soluble is to slow down how fast the stomach releases digested food into the gut. Slower this process means you feel full for longer time. Soluble fiber also regulates the hunger hormones that involved in appetite control. Eat oatmeal, flaxseed, sweet potatoes and fruits like oranges, apricot etc to get soluble fiber.

6. Incorporate Whole Grain Food in your Diet:

Whole grain foods burn body fat and so reduce the risk of heart disease. Fat around the middle section is directly related to increased risk of heart disease. Studies show that whole grain food helps to cut fat around the abdominal area. You should have to include whole wheat, whole oats, popcorn, brown rice, millet, whole grain barley etc in your diet if you want to reduce fat from your abdominal.

7. Drink Green Tea:

This no calories drink contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying compounds these compounds help to protect the body from free radicals. Green tea also boosts the metabolism and improve body's efficiency for burning energy. Caffeine in the green tea acts as a stimulant that improves exercise performance and helps the body to burn more fat. So, take at least three cups of green tea daily to shed those extra pounds.

8. Get a Good 8 Hours of Sleep:

When you do not get 8 hrs of sleeping, you undo the benefits of dieting. You feel more hungry, less satisfied even after having a meal and lack of energy for exercise. You feel tired all the time. More tiredness means you take more rest to regain your energy back. Even your brain forces you to eat food that has more calories. With sleep deprivation, your body can not properly use insulin. With proper functioning of insulin, fat cells remove fatty acids from the bloodstream and even prevent their storage. But when your body becomes more insulin resistance, fat circulates in the blood and pump more insulin and this excess insulin will store fat in the body.

9. Walk 10,000 steps daily:

Set a target to walk 10.000 steps daily. Start from 1000 steps daily and increase your step goal slowly. Add 1000 extra steps each week to reach the goal of 10,000 steps daily. 10,000 steps each day typically burns about 2000 to 3500 calories each week. 3500 calories are equal to one pound of body fat. So, you can easily lose one pound every week and that is great... Walking this much also helps to lower blood pressure, relieve depression, and improve the sleep pattern. So many good benefits ðŸ˜„.  You can use pedometer apps to count your steps. I personally use two apps to count my steps - one is google fit and second is Samsung health.

Many people especially women don't prefer to do weight training because of the misconception they made - weight training causes manly body. But this is wrong thinking. Weight training does not make you bulky otherwise it builds lean muscles. You can not get huge muscles without taking supplements. So try to put some weight to tone your muscles because more muscles your body has, more you look leaner. In addition, weight training also tightens the loss of skin caused by the cardio workout. Weight training also improves your metabolism and your body burns fat throughout the day even when you are taking rest.

11. Try to Eat 5 Meals in a Day: 

Divide your daily meal into 5 part, 3 main meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner and two-time snacks -  one between breakfast and lunch and other between lunch and dinner. Have your dinner before 7 pm. Don't forget to take care of your portion. Always try to eat each in a small portion. This keeps you full all day long and you don't feel the craving. The less you crave, the less you eat and the more you lose weight. In addition, Take 20 minutes to eat one meal. Our appetite needs 20 minutes to send a signal to the brain that it is full now. so, eat your food slowly.

Vegetables are an excellent addition to weight loss diet. Vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber. So, keeps you full for longer time. These are also full of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals to improve your overall health.

13. Avoid junk food:

Junk food is highly processed food. It is high in calories, refined carbs, and unhealthy fats. It is lower in nutrients, protein, and complex carbs. Junk food also slows down the metabolism of the body as well as acts as insulin resistance. Junk food takes less energy to digest and don't give you the feeling of full appetite so, you can overeat it very easily. Avoid junk food as much as possible because it is the main reason for obesity in many people. It is okay to eat fast food once a month but does not eat frequently.

14. Drink Fresh Juice:

Drink fresh juice that is made at home without sugar if you want to lose weight. If you think you will reduce body fat by drinking packaged juices then you are wrong. Packaged juices are full of preservatives, artificial flavors, and sugar so these are not good for weight watcher. The juices that are labeled with no preservatives are also not good because oxygen is removed from them and it deteriorates the quality of fruits in it. These juices are also in high calories due to sugar contents and have fewer fiber contents.

15. Eat Complex Carbs:

There are two types of carbs - Simple and complex. Simple carbs are not much beneficial for us as they are made up of sugar which releases very quickly. On the other hand, complex carbs are comprised of starch and fiber and releases gradually. Complex carbs are a good source of energy. These carbs make you feel full for a long time. So always prefer to eat complex carbs if you are a weight watcher. You can find complex carbs in potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, barley, beans, brown rice, and lentils etc.

16. Eat More Fruits:

Eat fruits as much as possible if you want to reduce your weight. Fruits have low calories and you will satisfy your craving for sugar by eating them. But, fruits should be eaten alone if you want to get the best benefit from them. Don't mix your fruits meal with any other meal like with lunch or dinner. Take your fruit diet as a snack. 

17. Take care of your Meal portion:  

The key to weight loss is to consume fewer calories than the body utilize. You can consume fewer calories by controlling your meal portion. Always keep your meal portion small if you want to lose your weight. Studies show that by reducing portion you can speed up your weight loss journey. Try to take your food in a smaller plate. This will give you the illusion of much food and you eat less as well.

18. Eat slowly:

People who take time to chew their food slowly have better digestion and feel full. Chew your food slowly as much as possible. A simple method to do this is chewing the one bite for 32 times. Don't put next bite into the mouth until you finish 32 counts for one bite. It is not as easy at your first attempt but you can do it with practice.

19. Don't Ban Food:

Don't avoid any food item fully just for the sake of weight loss. There is no logic that you can't enjoy the occasional food. You can eat occasional treats as long as stay within your daily calories. Don't starve yourself for anything. Eat what you want to eat but by keeping an eye on the portion size. You have to learn how to manage your calory intakes. For example, if you eat high calory food at your lunch then try to have only salad at your dinner.

20. Cut Down Alcohol:

Alcohol is higher in calories than most people realize. By reducing the alcohol, you will also reduce the calories intake. It is not only alcohol that makes you fat but also the food that seems so appealing after drinking few glasses of wine. So, drink less and you will find that it is easier to stick to healthier food.

  6. Number 1, 7 and 9. I need to do them.... I usually skip breakfast... I'm always in a hurry in the morning. And I am not drinking any tea at all... i did not know it will help me loose weight. 10,000 steps...EVERYDAY! okay I'll try to do it.   9. While I agree with most of these tips, I don't necessarily agree with the tip of NOT SKIPPING BREAKFAST. I have not been eating breakfast (I eat 2 meals a day) for the last 17 years of my life and function perfectly, and feel great! I think when it comes to how much people eat, it's all determined on the specific person!

  13. I am in the process of being healthier myself and you posted this at just the right time! I need to work on not skipping breakfast and get my 10,000 steps in. I need to start eating more on the go breakfast items. I also need to eat 5 meals a day as well as more fruits and vegetables.   15. Much needed information, one can reduce weight easily by taking proper diet with regular intervals of time. I have heard this thing that if you eat less or skip meals then you will reduce weight easily. But it is not the case, you have to eat everything but in proper proportion.   26. I definitely can say I do about half of these consistently. Another quarter are often but not as much as I should. A few I am not so great at. 8 hours of sleep doesn't always happen because my kids still wake up often. And I've never liked tea so I don't drink that. The only days I end up skipping breakfast is when I forget to take my thyroid medication then don't have the time to eat breakfast before going somewhere since I have to wait an hour after that.
